I tested the power wire going to the blower with a meter and it's getting voltage. Also tested the connection on the fan speed selector and that's getting power as well. No fuse for the city horn on the M2 platform. It is controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM). Sounds like a bigger problem than a fuse or everything on the module would not work.
