Trying to cancel this app was a nightmare. Twice last month my bank declined 2 attempted charges from BetterMe of 66.65. Because it wasn’t an approved charge I had to get a new debit card. Yesterday another 66.65 charge was attempted again. I finally reached out to BetterMe by email requesting this subscription be cancelled asap and it was. For me, it was strictly lessening my food intake and just bumping my walking up a bit more. I was averaging about 2600 calories a day, and since starting my plan, I am now at about 1600-1800 calories a day. I increased my calorie intake by a little because I’ve been eating more protein. I try to eat 80grams - 100grams of protein daily.Terrific programs. I have been so happy with Better 5 programs.
